If our team notices an issue with your address, we will reach out via email within 3 business days of your order. If we don’t receive a response within that period, your order may be cancelled to prevent further complications.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how stressful it can be when a package goes missing. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Qeliv is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If you believe your package is missing, please reach out to us at info@qeliv.com, and we will guide you through the next steps.

We also recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they may require additional details from you to complete the investigation.
